Gender Minorities Aotearoa provides free training for healthcare providers who work directly with transgender, takataapui, and intersex patients.

We work in partnership with the leading transgender sexual and reproductive health and HIV prevention specialists New Zealand Prostitutes’ Collective.

We deliver a presentation and discussion based workshop packed with practical information and common scenarios.

Our workshops are New Zealand evidence based, drawing on the experiences of transgender, takataapui, and intersex people, as well as 30 years of NZPC experience running sexual and reproductive health clinics for transgender sex workers in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.

Our workshops are designed primarily with sexual and reproductive health clinicians in mind, but are suitable for a range of healthcare providers and can be tailored to meet varying needs.

Currently this is limited to the Wellington region.
Please contact us for more details.
